Terms of Use of Travel

This document is an official proposal (offer) of MUSA Travel LLC, BIN 250340008511, represented by Director Duisekeyeva U.U., hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", to conclude an agreement for the provision of tourist services with any individual who has accepted the terms of this offer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client".

Acceptance of this offer means the Client's consent to its terms, as well as the conclusion of an agreement between the Client and the Contractor on the terms set out below.

1. Subject of the offer

1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide tourist services, including tour booking, visa processing, insurance, organization of transfer and accommodation, and the Client undertakes to pay for these services in the manner and within the timeframes stipulated by this offer.

2. Procedure for concluding an agreement

2.1. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Client performs one of the following actions:

• – filling out an application on the Contractor's website;
• – sending an application for booking by e-mail, messenger or other communication channels;
• – payment of the full or partial cost of tourist services;
• – signing documents related to the tour (including an electronic signature, confirmation via SMS code, sending scanned copies, etc.).

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

3.1. The Contractor undertakes to: – provide the Client with reliable information about the terms of the tour, – make a reservation of services, – provide the Client with documents confirming payment and terms of the trip, – inform about changes in the travel conditions.

3.2. The Client undertakes to: - provide reliable personal data and documents, - pay for services within the specified time frame, - familiarize themselves with the terms of insurance, visa processing, accommodation and other services.

4. Cost and payment procedure

4.1. The cost of tourist services is determined individually and is indicated in the invoice.

4.2. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, online payment or by other means agreed with the Contractor. The fact of payment confirms the Client's agreement with all terms, including the terms of cancellation, return and annulment.

5. Terms of refusal of services and refund

6.1. In case of cancellation of the trip, the Client is obliged to notify about it in writing.

The amount of a possible refund is determined by the terms of airlines, hotels, consulates and other service providers, as well as the actual expenses incurred by the Contractor.

Refunds are made minus all deductions and fees provided for in the agreement and partner rules.

Voluntary donations are used solely for purposes related to the support and development of the MUSA application, including, but not limited to:

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1 The Parties shall be liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.2 The Contractor shall not be liable for the actions of third parties (carriers, consulates, hotels, etc.), as well as for the impossibility of fulfilling obligations due to reasons beyond its control (force majeure).

7 Personal data

7.1 The Client agrees to the processing and transfer of their personal data in the manner established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On personal data and their protection" and the Privacy Policy of MUSA Travel LLP.

8 Final provisions

8.1 This offer is valid indefinitely from the moment of its placement and may be revoked by the Contractor at any time. All changes come into force from the moment of publication.

8.2 The offer is made in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
